Can other people in my company log
in to WorkplaceToolbox?
Yes, WorkplaceToolbox allows you to include up to two additional users
from your company for the price of a single membership. Each user is assigned
a unique log in address and is given full access privileges. To sign up
your two additional users, click on "My Settings" along the
left navigation bar, enter the user information in the appropriate fields,
and click "update" to save.
How does WorkplaceToolbox protect my
privacy?
WorkplaceToolbox respects the privacy of the individuals that visit our
site. We would like to assure you that the information you entrusted with

WorkplaceToolbox subscribes to VeriSign,

How can I view a letter, form, or memo before downloading it?
You can view any of our downloadable files by clicking on its title. The
file will open in a .pdf format allowing you to view or print it.
How do I download the pre-written letters,
forms and memos available on WorkplaceToolbox?
To group items available for download by module, choose a module you are
interested in and select the "Tools" tab from the navigation bar along
the top of the page. Alternately, you can group items by type of downloadable
by choosing a category from the "Shortcut" navigation bar along the bottom
of any page. When you locate the form or memo you are interested in downloading
to your computer, simply choose a file format, click on it, and follow
the instructions on your screen. All files are available for download
in Word, WordPerfect® and plain text formats.
